3: After the sealant has dried, measure and determine the center line of the incinerator and the main elevation control line, and clearly mark the positioning line of the center position.
4: According to the drawings, use the furnace shell as the guide surface to build high-aluminum light-weight insulation bricks, heavy high-alumina bricks and zirconium corundum mullite bricks from the bottom to the top, in strict accordance with the construction of industrial furnace masonry engineering The specification is carried out, and each brick is bonded and built with a special cement.
5: After building a layer of heavy high-alumina brick and zirconium corundum mullite brick, use a spirit level, horizontal tube to check the level of single brick and partial brick, and use a tape measure to measure the diameter of the inner liner along the predetermined center line , To see that it meets the requirements, and make timely adjustments and rectifications if it does not meet the requirements.
6: When there are about 5 layers of brick left in the inclined section, choose 4~6 points to pre-stake out the remaining brick layer, see if the inclined section can be well connected with the straight section, and then build build.
7: During the masonry process, when the local convex deformation of the incinerator shell is encountered, that is, the actual diameter size is smaller than the designed and manufactured size, when the amount of deformation is small, the surface layer is made of heavy high alumina brick or zirconium corundum. The gray joints between the stone bricks and the middle layer of high-aluminum light-weight heat insulation bricks remain small,
At the same time, the horizontal joint between the heavy high-alumina bricks or zirconium corundum mullite bricks is slightly thicker near the end of the high-aluminum light-weight heat-insulating bricks, and the cement at the working face is thinner. Dimension deviation and alignment caused by deformation to ensure that there is no step on the brick surface of the lining surface layer, and the size of the lining meets the requirements. When the amount of deformation is large, the brick is cut and processed so that the size of the lining is the same as that of the normal section Keep consistent and meet the requirements when the local indentation of the incinerator shell is deformed, that is, the actual diameter size is larger than the designed and manufactured size
The gap between heavy high-aluminum bricks or zirconium corundum mullite bricks and middle high-aluminum light insulation bricks is directly filled with cement to compensate for deformation size deviations. When the amount of deformation is large, the heavy weight in the surface layer Zirconium corundum mullite castable is poured into the gap between the high-alumina brick or zirconium corundum mullite brick and the middle layer of high-aluminum light insulation brick to recover the deformation size deviation.
8: During construction, the mastic should be evenly spread on the brick masonry surface, and the mastic should be extruded by extrusion to ensure that the brick joint is full. After the masonry is completed, the liner surface is hooked.
The sludge incinerator uses this lining structure to achieve good results. The reason why the lining layer can be used for so long is mainly because the zirconium corundum mullite brick contains ZrO2, and the ZrO2 in the zirconium corundum mullite brick prevents the incinerator. The reaction of sodium salt produced by combustion with AL2O3, SiO2 and other substances slows down the corrosion rate and thus the service life of the lining.
The lining of the incinerator is severely damaged in the 1/4 part of the upper oblique section and the middle straight section. The corrosion resistance, thermal shock resistance and high temperature volume stability of zirconium corundum mullite bricks are better than those of heavy high alumina bricks. Stable, reduce the number of opening and stopping of the incinerator as much as possible, the service life of the lining will be longer.
